Another Source’s client, Oregon State University, is recruiting an Accountant University Cash Operations to join their Treasury team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in advancing Oregon State University’s financial stability and mission.
Here’s a little about the Treasury Office at the Oregon State University Treasury Office and the Accountant University Cash Operations position they are recruiting for:
In support of the university’s mission, the Treasury Office is responsible for promoting proper stewardship of university resources through operations of the Internal Bank, liquidity and cash management, debt management including capital market financing, banking relationships, and oversight of investment management.
Treasury Operations is the central cashier site for receipt of funds received byOSUfrom external sources, students, federal agencies including funds for gifts, grants, contracts and for services provided by OSU departments. Receipts are received a variety of ways such as, students paying in person and funds received electronically via electronic funds transfer (EFT) including credit card payments. Treasury operations staff are responsible for proper recording and reconcilingall receipts and processing and distribution of refunds to students with credit balances or excess financial aid as well as the safekeeping and distribution of alternative loan checks on behalf of the Financial Aid Department, and transaction posting.

What we would like to see from you:
Bachelor’s degree with 30 quarter (20 semester) hours of college-level accounting courses *; OR30 quarter (20 semester) hours of accounting courses and three years of experience* OR Bachelor’s degree with a CPA or PA certificate.
*Accounting experience must include at least 3 of the following:
