Customer Service Representative Description and Requirements:

• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY – WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL

• Communicate by phone and through email with Service Customers
• Handle inbound calls and emails for service appointments
• Confirm customer appointments
• Follow up on special order parts
• Provide general administration for Service Department
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Outgoing personality with a customer service mindset
• Proficient with computers, email and data management
• Strong work ethic and an ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
