Amee Cohen and Associates, Educational and Therapy Services is seeking a Remote Provider Recruiter- Florida, responsibilities will include the following:

• Play a key role in our team’s growth as we continue to expand on a national level
• Post job advertisements on Indeed and other recruitment platforms
• Build and maintain provider candidate pipeline to ensure monthly forecast hiring needs are met
• Screen applicant resumes
• Conduct remote interviews with qualified candidates
• Serve as primary point of contact for active clinical/educational candidates
• Ensure hiring timeline stays on track by maintaining consistent communication with management
• Stay up to date with expected recruitment forecast, provided by management
• Manage/analyze the full cycle of a new employee : assist with employee on-boarding process (reviewing all required documentation) seeing through contracts and including oversight of orientation

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Remote Provider Recruiter to join the AC&A HR team. This role will handle full-cycle recruitment for Occupational, Physical, Behavior and Speech/Language therapists and educators with the occasional recruitment for non-clinical hires. The candidate will play a key role in our team’s growth as we continue to expand. The Remote Provider Recruiter will be responsible for clinical/tutor candidate sourcing, remote online interviews, professional references offer process, registration, review of required documentation and contracts. We are looking for someone who is accustomed to working with staffing forecasts in a high-growth environment. This individual will work remotely from home with Florida residence. .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of full-cycle clinical recruitment experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of healthcare provider types required, direct therapist recruitment highly preferred
• Remote work experience preferred high level of organizational and time management skills
• Works well under pressure and pays meticulous attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
