Key job responsibilities
From a program management side, the role’s main stakeholders are Operations Leadership, Finance leaders, and Process Engineering support teams. Below are some of the key pillars of the role:
* Benchmark Rate Setting : The Benchmark Rate Setting Program directly supports our primary goal of delivering Benchmarking Rates to GCF for OP1 and OP2. The Sr. PM WWBMS defines the methodology used globally for the BM rate setting process by defining the clusters by process path (with PE/ACES support), defining the baseline period used for the rates, communicating and executing the site level exceptions process, and securing final approval at the SVP level with a WP review.
* Business Insights: The business insights program consists of three connected mechanisms that provide information to both support teams (PE/ACES) and field operations to facilitate the variation reduction between sites worldwide. First, the Sr PM WWBMS will create a standard framework for ingesting best practices from the global field, and submitting them through approval loops with pillar owners. Secondly, the Sr. PM WWBMS will run the program enabling action assignment to either the field or support teams based on detailed statistical analysis, as well as tracking of actions and associated savings. Lastly, the Benchmarking Program will leverage the overarching benchmarking organizational strengths by focusing efforts on providing actionable insights to the NA CF regions and partnering with product teams to improve long term solutions.
* Standards: The Sr. PM WWBMS will ensure the TNSnetwork has relevant and impactful Core Standards that define best in class processes to be followed by leaders.
* Training: The Sr. PM WWBMS will ensure TNS leaders are aware of these Standards and have a solid understanding that allows for proper implementation at their sites
* Audit: The Sr. PM WWBMS will ensure leaders are able to accurately and objectively evaluate compliance, helping them identify process gaps that need to be closed to enable better performance.
