Job Summary:
The senior lead auditor role has the responsibility for overall planning, execution and reporting on integrated business and IT audit projects assigned as lead. The senior auditor must provide the appropriate level of project planning, delegation of work, supervision and review of staff work to ensure the project follows the audit execution process and that professional standards are met. The senior auditor will be responsible for leading strategic and complex business and IT audits.
This position is a permanent remote home-based worker. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit planning and execution, including risk assessment, process, and control evaluation of complex business and IT processes or strategic initiatives
- Leading audit projects involving multiple staff members
- Coordinating and directing the work of other project members on leadership assignments
- Transferring knowledge to less experience employees
- Providing ongoing internal control consulting
- Partnering with Management in support of key initiatives and projects
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 or more years of integrated internal audit/consulting experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
* CPA, CIA, CISSP or CISA (Preferred)
Functional Skills:
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate complex business topics
- Ability to contribute to a team
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Solid understanding of business and technology risks and controls

Compensation offered for this role is$70,500.00-$112,600.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
