This position has the primary responsibility of resolving top tier tickets and working alongside the networking team. In this role, successful candidates need to be organized, energetic, have a strong customer service personality, be well versed and experienced in Windows & Server environments including networking. Ideal candidates will also have Office 365/ Azure experience. Candidate must be able to work well in a cohesive team and have a drive to grow in knowledge and responsibility.
