Job Description:The Enrollment Management (EM) department is directly responsible for the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students at Aims Community College. The EM team includes College for Kids, Recruitment & Admissions, the Student Station, and the Main Aims Line Call Center with the oversight of recruiting and onboarding students through events, visits, and on-campus support.
Under the direction of the Executive Director and the Business Analyst, the Processing & Customer Service Specialist is a key member of the EM team. The position provides customer service and processing support to the team and prospective students. The Processing & Customer Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely management of the enrollment process for prospective students applying to Aims Community College.
This position supports and assists prospective students, applicants, the Enrollment Management team, and cross-campus partners in navigating the data flow of information within the CRM database and the SIS. They provide operational support to the team and champion technology solutions for business processes.
This position entails high levels of daily customer contact by phone, email, text, chat and less often in person. This role will share with prospective students and families steps in the enrollment process and upcoming activities on campus/virtually.
