Designs and develops all aspects of benefit communications including assisting in the preparation of communication materials (in all forms), creating and driving process improvements, developing and maintaining benefits calendar and maintaining relationships with internal partners, external partners and all stakeholders. Manages and works within assigned benefits communication budget.
