This position is responsible for supporting the Human Resources function at the site level, consisting mainly of recruiting, onboarding, training support, and ATS management. The ideal candidate will LOVE to talk to people and LEARN about their career aspirations. As the first candidate impression of ADFORS, it will be important to communicate effectively, establish strong relationships and build professional partnerships with the hiring teams. Strong HR principles, results-driven ethic and strong decision making ability will be key to success in this role.

This position will report directly to the lead site HR position for constant support, and dotted line reporting to the HR Director, ensuring prompt professional growth & development.

Recruiting: Assumes lead role in working with site management to fill vacant positions. This includes determining best sourcing strategy for each role and performing a recruiting kick-off meeting for each position. Responsible for candidate communications throughout the recruiting process. Schedules and conducts phone screens, on-demand interviews and in-person interviews. Gives frequent status updates to hiring manager throughout process. Creates offer letter and extends offer to candidate. Promote and maintain site Affirmative Action policy. Actively seek partnerships with state colleges and universities, and participate in career fairs.
Onboarding: Responsible for candidate care upon offer acceptance, including initiating and ensuring completion of background check. Prepare hiring manager and drive engagement and completion of Onboarding Checklist. Meet with new hires on day one to review Onboarding presentation.
Admin support: Assist department with various administrative duties, including scheduling, updating records, and formatting documents. Assist with department projects, as needed, such as uploading training documents into an online training portal
HR Systems: Manage HRIS/ATS data entry, as necessary. May assist with hourly payroll processing on a weekly basis.
