We are looking for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant who exemplifies our values of Follow-through, Data-driven Decision-making, Proactive Problem-Solving, Open Communication, and Teamwork.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage all day-to-day Human Resources activities of the program
* Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation
* Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries
* Manage all Human Resource activities to include employment, labor relations, and training/development
* Lead company recruitment efficiency efforts & drive related metrics (i.e., time to fill & cost per hire)
* Network “on-boarding” coordinator role; including orientation experience & new manager/staff training plan oversight
* Compile and monitor monthly network-wide Vacancy reports (recruitment)
* Acelero University Online network-wide contact point regarding new hire training/proxy enrollment (includes Manager self-reporting)
* Interview job applicants; review applications/resumes; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant qualifications to appropriate hiring manager
* Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
* Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems. Complete salary survey questionnaires
* Design and conduct new employee orientations
* Communicate benefit options to employees, serve as the liaison between employees and insurance carriers
* Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation
* Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries
* Maintain all related Human Resource databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems
* Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements
* Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested
* Any/all other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
* Knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines
* Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
* Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in related field and PHR certification preferred
* Bilingual in Spanish is a must
* Two to five years of direct Human Resources experience
* Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
***This position is Full-time and requires working on-site Monday to Friday during center hours,and earns $25.64 per hr.
