Acara Solutions is seeking a talented HR Representative to work with a semiconductor manufacturing company Tualatin, OR. This a long term contract position with the potential to become a direct-hire employee.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist in administering Employee Life Cycle Transactions and Changes (ELC)
- Onboard regular Lam employees and managers including facilitating the Day 1 activities
- Offboard regular Lam employees and managers including supporting termination transactions and the end to end exit process
- Assist in managing HR tickets in the centralized case management system (ServiceNow)
- Participate in business process improvement by identifying gaps/inefficiencies and providing required support to create processes and resources to address these areas.
- Implements and administers human resources programs, policies, and practices in a shared-services HR model
- Assist in administering Employee Life Cycle Transactions and Changes (ELC)

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources generalist or assistant role
- Must have experience with handling employment visa sponsorship paperwork and orientations
