Our Company is in the need of a Human Resource Assistant To help with the day to day operations of The department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day HR administrative responsibilities, which includes management of personnel records, new hire paperwork, On-going maintance of all records.
Responsibilities Overview
-Provides New Staff with Application (via email, In person or docusign)
-Pulls backgrounds and reference checks
-Maintains all Documentation/In-servies in compliance status
-Process E-Verify for all new applicants
-Verifies Licenses and certificates against the appropriate authorities.
– Coordinates and track leave of absences
– Day to day HR duties as well as Other general office duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area -preferred
-Must be able to Provide a clean local police Background
· 1+ years of experience working in Human Resources
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient in all Microsoft Products, Word, excel. Power Point and Outlook
· Must be able to prioritize and complete task accurate and timely
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
