The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for some or all of the following: recruiting, employee relations/performance management, document control, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Recruiting: Post job openings on company-authorized platforms. Conduct onboarding of new employees, including performing candidate pre-screening and in-person interviews with the hiring manager. Coordinates new hire orientation and training.
Document Control: Set up and maintain employee files, such as training docs, sick/vacation payouts, performance-related documents, etc.
Administrative/Customer Service/Advice: Provide administrative support including accounts receivable, accounts payable, input payroll/distribute payroll checks, supply ordering, answering and prescreen calls & able to meet deadlines as authorized by management.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
