The Systems Analyst role will work with IT Infrastructure and related software/systems that support ABC Supply Co., Inc.
Requirements:
  • Fundamental skills and ability to carry out assignments of limited scope and complexity
  • May require guidance and direction to operate
  • Focus 75% on Tickets, 25% on project work
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work with and collaborate with a team
  • Willing to travel if the business needs require it
  • Willing to work after-hours as needed
  • 2 + years of relevant experience and/or technical degree
Primary job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
  • Troubleshoot Windows and Linux server issues
  • Support App Virtualization Environments
  • Support Cloud Infrastructure
  • Support Mail platform
  • Utilize on-premises and hybrid hypervisors
  • Administer User Directory
  • Utilize Powershell to administer systems and automate tasks
  • Provide 2nd level support to IT Service Desk, Operations, and Application Support teams
