RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with IT service and delivery functions
• Help customers solve end-user IT issues
• Monitor and review reports on technical issues
• Perform periodic reviews of work performed by users
• Identify, evaluate, and escalate work above help desk
• Verify corrective actions have been completed
• Submit move/add/change (MAC) requests for new user accounts
• Submit build out requests for new user accounts
• Submit logical movies of existing accounts and profile updates
• Create, submit, and monitor task orders
• Submit build out for ordered services
• Ensure ordered services are delivered on time
• Use inventory manager software
• Maintain legacy software list
• Interface with application management team
• Create application templates
• Track status of new/upgraded legacy applications
• Request new legacy applications
• Submit MACs to distribute legacy applications
• Serve as Trusted Agent
• Ensure compliance and exceptions
• Identify IT service requirements
• Develop orders from the requirements
• Review and validate orders
• Submit orders for processing
• Help resolve service delivery issues
• Support seat refresh
• Review and validate invoices

BACKGROUND

• Progressive and relevant experience

EDUCATION

• Preference for associates degree
• Preference for Security+ Certification
