As a core member of the HR team in the Electrification Services (ELSE) America Region, you will be in charge of the overall HR contribution and value added to the business. You will partner with the relevant leaders to understand business drivers and the current and long-term strategy, and to identify opportunities for HR to add value to the business.
This role will have primary client partnership with ELSE Marketing and Sales, while supporting multiple teams within the Service Operations organization. Specifically, this role will provide HR expertise and guidance in the areas of HR & business strategy, culture change, organization design, leadership coaching, succession/pipeline planning, talent assessment/engagement for the Commercial Leaders and their teams. You will establish credibility as a strategic partner, playing a consultative role to employees, managers, and leaders to manage organizational change and transformation. This role will also be involved in strategic projects impacting the ELSE Americas region.
Remote work is available for the selected internal candidate.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $132,100 and $220,300 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
