Our Technical Delivery III provides technical support to our team members on the operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment with a focus on Apple Mac systems, JAMF administration, applications such as Slack, and Google. This individual is a designated contact for escalated end-user support and resolution for issues that may be of moderate to moderately intermediate complexity. This role supports our C-Level executives.
Essential Functions
The successful Team Member will perform a cross section of the following duties:
Prepares and provides reports for analyzing product-failure trends and service issues.
Provides Tier III support for the Desktop and Help Desk.
Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software or other network or system problems, and replaces defective components.
Plans, coordinates and implements network security measures to protect data, software and hardware.
Configures, monitors and maintains email applications or virus protection software.
Researches new technologies by attending seminars, reading trade articles or taking classes, and implements or recommends the implementation of new technologies
Recommends changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determines hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
Plan, schedule, and manage MAC refreshes with the Desktop Team.
This role requires you to work in the office 100%
Knowledge and experience with PCI and information security enterprise risk assessment.
Ensures implementation of the information security plans; and manages the operational processes for monitoring and maintaining information security.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Must have experience with JAMF administration, supporting MAC systems, Executive Support, and as well as applications such as Slack and Google.
Must be familiar with creating policies, configuration profiles, Patch management in JAMF
Seeks ongoing improvements to the organizations processes and procedures.
Re-prioritizes daily tasks to ensure that emerging, urgent issues are resolved without losing sight of longer-term projects.
Sets standards, timelines, priorities and approaches to help the team complete and deliver assignments on time.
Takes advantage of available resources to complete work efficiently; coordinates with internal and external partners.
Allocates appropriate amounts of time for completing ones own and others work; develops timelines and milestones.
Demonstrates effective techniques in holding meetings, planning time, setting priorities, setting timelines and deadlines, and making effective use of time.
Performs independently; informs managers or senior leaders of projects progress and issues encountered; recommends solutions.
Oversees project completion of less experienced team members; provides guidance to senior level team members on highly complex assignments or projects with a major impact.
Learns and applies Agile principles and practices to assigned work.
Ability to mentor, guide and coach.
Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification
Must have experience supporting C-Level Executives with technical issues, JAMF Administration, Conference Room Management, and supporting Apple Mac systems in their entirety.
Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline and from an accredited college or university.
Ability to demonstrate project management skills and experience
Application support experience.
