Puzzle Pieces Intervention Center Hiring for Office Support Specialist Job at Warner Robins, GA Full Time

Puzzle Pieces Intervention Center implements effective and empirically based treatments that promote success and independence. We provide in-depth training and advisement for treatment by filling in the missing pieces for adults and children with Autism, Alzheimer’s, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Traumatic Brain Injury, and other related neurological, developmental and learning disabilities.

The Office Support Specialist:

Will provide support for all administrative duties to include but not limited to:

· Answering phones and email correspondence

· Maintaining clinical schedule; conduct reminder calls

· Invoicing and collecting payments

· Client file management

· Assist with intake coordination

· Budgeting/data input

· Support clinicians as needed

Work Experience and Qualifications:

· 3-5 years experience as office support or equivalent OR degreed in Office Administration or equivalent. A knowledge and/or experience in education and disabilities strongly preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent at Multi-tasking

This is a Part-Time leading to Full-Time (20-30 hours+) Position

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour
