Summary
Under the direction of the Administrator, the Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the Local 26 Trust Office. The Benefits Specialist primary responsibilities are coordinating administration of various benefit plans including Housing Program, 401k Plan, Variable Defined Benefit Plan, Education Plan and Legal Plan. This position is a critical customer interface with the UNITE HERE Local 26 members whom the Trust Office is charged with serving with courtesy and respect.

Qualifications/Requirements
Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree desirable but not required; Customer Service skills. Bilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish preferred.
Work Experience:
Proven experience working in customer service functions in benefits administration or third party administrator.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
