Job Summary:
The Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Acquisition will lead the design, development and execution of strategies to embed diversity, inclusion and cultural awareness into the organization, including the hiring, training, retention, and education for all employees. This position will also lead corporate strategies, policies and programs for attracting and selecting talent across the enterprise.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement diversity strategies, policies, programs and initiatives to enhance the hiring, retention and engagement of the organization’s talent by embedding the firm’s diversity and inclusion goals in the talent development model at the company. This includes implementing specific policies, programs, processes and initiatives to develop, attract and retain a diverse workforce.
2. Develop metrics and reporting, and continually monitor progress made on the company’s diversity goals, soliciting feedback from the company, and monitoring diversity hiring and population statistics. Monitors the effectiveness of f all diversity initiatives
3. Build relationships with leadership at all levels to influence, guide, mentor, and advise on culture, diversity, and inclusion.
4. Oversee the preparation and submission of all diversity-related surveys and applications, as well as government reporting, i.e., EEO-1, Affirmative Action Plans, UK Gender Pay Reporting
5. Lead and manage the corporate Talent Acquisition team to develop inclusive recruiting strategies, including University Relations and Executive Leadership Talent.
6. Oversee the overall talent acquisition processes from position requisitioning, candidate sourcing, selection and new employee on-boarding. Ensure processes are efficient, effective and legally compliant.
7. Leads the implementation and ongoing management of the employment value proposition and CF employment brand recognition across all talent acquisition processes.
8. Ensure Workday Talent Acquisition systems are maintained and improved as needed.
9. Lead the overall vendor management and negotiations with third-party agencies and other vendors used by the corporation to source and select highly qualified talent.
10. Identify and analyze industry trends and best practices related to diversity, inclusion and talent acquisition and work to adopt and implement such practices at the organization as appropriate.
11. Enhance and lead internal associate network councils and corresponding activities.
Internal Controls:
Establishes and implements processes and procedures to meet departmental internal controls requirements. Ensures that established processes/procedures are followed as designed. Works with Internal Controls Department to identify deficiencies in existing processes/procedures, the need for new ones, and the extent to which such processes/procedures are being followed. Develops and implements corrective actions with regard to department internal controls as necessary.
Successful incumbents will have:
1. BA/BS in organizational development, communications, multi-cultural studies, Human Resources or a related degree preferred. Master’s degree, preferred.
2. 10 years or more of progressive responsibility in Diversity and Inclusion, Human Resources, Recruitment, Legal, or related fields. At least 5 years should have included the direct management of both internal staff and contractor/agency recruiters.
3. Demonstrated ability to foster relationships across all levels of leadership and cross-functional business partners to influence and drive cultural change.
4. Proven experience in leading major diversity initiatives, including the successful implementation of programs across a global enterprise.
5. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, and to make presentations to small and large groups in an effective manner.
6. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic and complex environment, meeting deadlines and successfully managing the daily workload.
7. Ability to pay impeccable attention to detail.
8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others in a cooperative manner to accomplish work and participate in team efforts.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
10. Proficient in enterprise HR software, preferably Workday, with applicant tracking and reporting.
Position Scope/Contribution:
The incumbent is expected to identify and/or develop programs and policies to provide diversity and inclusion solutions company wide. Incumbent must be highly motivated and assertive with the ability to take initiative to communicate and build relationships with distribution partners. Travel to site locations and training sites will be required.
