Position Consists of recruiting personnel, finding the necessary resources to hire the staff, preparing company templates, forms and specific documents for each application, selecting potential candidates, interviewing them and then filling out all the necessary documentation for new hires. Reviewing absence/permissions, written warnings, petty cash and Creating weekly Purchase Orders/Payroll are other position tasks.
Must speak Spanish , have knowledge of Microsoft office. Experience is not necessary. 40 hours a week are guaranteed. 1099 Form or W2 are offered
