TECHNICAL SUPPORT DETAILS:

• Technical Support Positions consist of customer service via phone.
• Solve customer problems.
• Answer customer questions.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one-year customer service experience.
• High School diploma/equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in verbal communication and data entry.
• Above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other computer

programs.

• Troubleshooting and cellular background preferred, but not

required.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
