JOB OVERVIEW:
The Global MA Insights and Integration Functional Engineer delivers Functional and Technical analysis and expertise for Digital Technology solutions for Sanofi Global Market Access with focus on Model N Global Pricing System (GPS) functionality and integrations within the Sanofi ecosystem. The role requires expert level functional knowledge of Model N Global Pricing System (GPS) and the underlying Salesforce platform architecture. This role is also responsible to ensure the integrity of data with Global Pricing Analytics (GPA) system.
This role leads and demonstrates Functional and Technical expertise all along the lifecycle (plan, design, build, run) of Digital Solutions within the Global Market Access domain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads all activities related to Model N Global Pricing Management (known as GPS within Sanofi) application and its’ integrations and data dependencies with other peripheral systems within the ecosystem.
End-to-end responsibility for solutions from Digital project planning through execution, solution installation and transition to support team.
Provides oversight and guidance to the Application & Infrastructure Managed Services (AIMS) team.
Interfaces directly with customers and project team members to understand the need and objectives.
Oversees projects and enhancements in the Global Pricing System (GPS) area across all phases of development; works as part of an interdisciplinary team to achieve project milestones; makes vital decisions and drives decision making across initiatives.
Ensures Global Market Access platform architecture is compliant with Sanofi Security, Data, Quality and Compliance requirements.
Provides inputs for selection purpose and/or performance monitoring concerning Statement of Work (SOW) with vendors and subcontracting partners.
Contributes actively to Operational excellence: Facilitating risk management and conducting/contributing to Problem root causes analysis.
Collaborates transversely across Sanofi’s Digital community to share ideas, common solutions, and best practices thereby harmonizing solutions and developing repeatable, scalable best practices

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
2 + years Technical and Functional experience with Model N Global Pricing Management (known as GPS within Sanofi) required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle and Salesforce technologies.
Broad subject matter expertise across cloud computing, infrastructure, IT operations, network, applications, enterprise architecture, and data management.
Understanding of security, risk and compliance frameworks, disaster recovery, high availability architectures, hardware, operating systems, and networking connectivity.
Project Management.
Agile approaches.
Must possess good communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) and be able to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Willingness to work across different time zones.
Understanding of the relevant Legal, Regulatory and Quality requirements.
