Healix Infusion Therapy is seeking an experienced HR or talent acquisition professional to join our corporate clinical team as the Clinical Staffing Supervisor!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the logistical and operational functions of the staffing department for our nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a staffing or recruiting professional who will thrive working alongside managers and senior leadership to provide staff coverage and operational support for our infusion centers nationwide. Additionally, the clinical staffing supervisor will oversee and manage the part-time and PRN pool of Healix nurses through recruiting and networking activities. Ideal candidates have a track record of thinking outside of the box to resolve complicated and time sensitive matters that arise.
