Job Description:
Level I Desktop Technician denotes an individual who has both proven field service experience (i.e. min. 1 year) and the technical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills necessary to independently perform and complete hardware diagnostic, repair and maintenance services for a wide range of products/brands. Individual must have an A.S. degree or equivalent of vocational training and must meet minimum TTI OEM certification requirements;
Level II Senior Technician must meet above-stated qualifications and has Comptia A+ Certification. Both level techs report directly to any assigned On-Site Administrator and/or to the Technical Services Manager.
