As a HR Business Partner at the Department of Human Services (DHS), you will provide guidance and consultation to managers and supervisors, administer collective bargaining agreements and plans, and maintain effective working relationships with union representatives. This will include:
2 years of experience in either labor relations or similar consultative services to managers and supervisors related to employment matters. Experience must demonstrate:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field may substitute for 1 year of experience.
OR
Human Resources Consultant 1 Minimum Qualifications
3 years professional experience advising management on the interpretation and application of employment policies, labor contracts, or employment law. Experience must demonstrate:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field may substitute for 1 year of experience.
