Arrow Security & Training LLC (AST) is a privately-owned training company with our corporate headquarters in Nashua, New Hampshire. AST is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) who provides tailored military training, training support, and a host of services to government and private sector clients worldwide. AST currently has just under 100 employee and will grow to over 300 within the next year.
Summary
The Human Resource Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. This includes the corporate office and all contracts and will work directly with the Contracts Managers. This postion reports directly to the CFO.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. ERP system is Paychex Flex and Deltek CostPoint. This postion is 40 hours per week in the Nashua, NH office.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints and language barriers. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
Required Education and Experience
· A bachelor’s degree and five years of human resource experience, or nine years of experience in the HR field.
Preferred Education and Experience
· A bachelors degree in human resource management.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
· SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.
