The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst acts as (HRIS) primary point of contact and partners with Human Resources Business partners for all HRIS related issues. The Sr HRIS Analyst is also responsible for routine, ad hoc and data integrity reporting and can execute highly complex, or specialized projects as assigned with proven track record implementing, operating &/or managing best-in-class HRIS platforms. May coach intermediate and/or associate level Human Resource Information System staff. Experience in ERP/SaaS solutions (ADP Vantage, WFN, Oracle (Cloud), or Workday)

Responsibilities:

• Triages incoming report requests, develops custom ad hoc reports as appropriate or recommends use of standard system report.
• Develops executive dashboard metrics to empower leaders to make informed business decisions relating to their workforce.
• Develops reporting mechanisms that ensure compliance with regulatory standards, such as EEO, and AAP reporting requirements.
• Recommend and implement HR processes to optimize efficiency, data quality, and compliance.
• Develop a change management approach to drive adoption of new systems and initiatives by utilizing standard methods and tools.
• Design and generate a variety of standard and ad-hoc reports to support management in the areas of workforce analytics as well as required compliance reporting.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for HR around system changes and partnering with various departments on execution.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
