We are a fast-growing, venture-backed insurtech agency for landlords and we’re looking for an exceptional Client Experience – Support Specialist to join our team in Kansas City! This will be a customer facing role where you’ll solve problems on the fly and make sure customer inquiries are dealt with swiftly and completely.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support to the CX and Sales teams for any post-bind requests; e.g. policy rewrites, applications, signature requests, billing setup, etc.
• Quote and process service work in various insurance carrier systems and Salesforce.
• Maintain a calm demeanor and professional communication on the phone and in written communication.
• Analyze and compare carrier quotes for proper coverages, terms and conditions. Make insurance program recommendations.
• Solve problems quickly, independently, and to a high standard.
• Perform all clerical duties related to client support
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy in agency management and document management systems.
• Heavy administrative duties in this role.

Your Background

• Experienced: You have direct experience working with customers in a high speed insurance environment. You’re fast and your quality is even better.
• Communication: You possess superior verbal and written communication skills. You can communicate concisely and diplomatically.
• Digital: You have above average computer skills. You’re great at independently learning new software quickly and are savvy using online resources.
• Hungry: You want to make the leap into an early-stage tech company to rapidly accelerate your growth.
• Self-Driven: You prefer to manage your own workload and can figure out what needs to be done with minimal oversight.

Required Licensing

• None, but the expectation is that you work towards getting licensed in P&C insurance within 1 year of hire date.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary of at least $50,000 – 55,000
