About the role:
As an HR Administrator for the AFC’s Central Region, you are responsible for the day day-to-operations of multi-site that may require overnight visits within a geographical region. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison and partner to Corporate HR located in Cincinnati, OH, on group projects and escalated EE issues. This role is also responsible for supporting our national corporate and administrative staff by working with hiring managers, posting and pre-screening candidates, scheduling background/drug test and conducting virtual onboarding.

What you’ll be doing:
· Recruiting, onboarding and Introducing new hires to the AFC culture and establishing relationship with team members and serving as a voice of customers.
· Partner with Ops to drive a culture of safety
· Familiarize with current HR systems and processes, by flowcharting/ documenting current as-is processes and working with the HR Team & Director to recommend and implement system usages and changes that are scalable and present a positive ROI, and enhance the HR experience
· Assist with various projects within the HR group of a fast-paced, growing organization.
· Be a part of a leadership team and to where all perspectives and ideas are welcomed and encouraged
What you need:
· HR Administrator experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing environment
· Experience in recruiting from admin to mid-management and interacting with hiring managers.
· Ability to prioritize and communicate as well as develop a tracking system for applicants that can show trends, preferably in Excel until ATS software is purchased.
· Project management ability that can drive a project from conception to completion.
· A desire to learn, comfortable with some ambiguity, and able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and think critically.
