JOB SUMMARY
The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing and efficiently hiring the best qualified candidates who embrace WhidbeyHealth’s mission and values. This position partners with management and other members of the Human Resource team to develop and implement both traditional and creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent to assure staffing needs are achieved. Specific responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, creating, and extending job offers, developing recruitment plans, advertising/marketing, and building relationships. Under general supervision, the Recruiter exercises judgment in the performance of responsibilities and is expected to serve as a resource for management and staff both within and outside of Human Resources.

JOB KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Associates degree in business administration, human resource management or relevant field is preferred, or an acceptable combination of education and/ or experience.
Training and Experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
