As an Account Management Support Specialist you will provide office and operations data management support for Amare Medical Network’s Travel Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Audit postings in recruiting software systems and work with Account Manager to update incorrect or missing information (i.e. bill rates),
• Add new clients to recruiting software.
• Manage client needs; duplicate VMS/MSP tracking for business development, perform manual job uploads, edit client offerings, finalize job mappings, delete duplicate jobs.
• Ensure quality of client data (contact information, billing information, credentialing, holidays, orientation, staffing agreements, etc.).
• Add/edit client offerings.
• Create parent companies and links to clients.
• Handle data mapping for jobs, clients, etc. in the recruiting software and edit details that have not correctly mapped.
• Generate reports as required for regular updates.
• Support VMS management: manage rates, assist with candidate profile builds, support credentialing with compliance checks and quality checks, assist with checking job and submission statuses and other administrative VMS projects.
• Oversee data reporting activities, reviews, reports, and communicates to management and stakeholders weekly on progress of activities.
• Maintains ongoing communication with internal operations teams on any additional requirements for information and data collection.
• Collaboration with key stakeholders and internal operations teams regarding assigned project work in support of business operations.
• Assist with office duties (scanning, copying, presentation creation, etc.) as assigned by executive leadership.
• Assist with continuous process improvement projects for account management and business development.
• Assist with data collection for account management and business development strategies.
• Assists Account Manager and onboarding team with setting up new hires with logins, print out onboarding and training documents to set up training binders.

• Undergraduate Degree or a minimum of four (4) years equivalent work experience required (Some college-level coursework preferred)
• Strong data management with experience in report writing or report generating a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio required, working knowledge of SharePoint along with internal systems (training will be provided)
