This is not an entry-level position where you can “learn on the job.” This is a mid-level management position that MUST have prior experience with management, supervision, hiring, firing, basic business accounting, law firm trust accounting rules, and an understanding of the Rules of Professionalism that lawyers and law firms must follow.
Experience in a personal injury law office is required.
The law firms we provide services for represents injured victims. We need an experienced A+ level Office Manager to help support operations manager and supervisor to run the day-to-day business functions of the office and to handle/mediate conflicts.
We strive to provide our clients and potential clients (and, really, everyone we meet) with the ultimate customer service experience assisting with their legal process after an accident or injury.
The Assistant Office Manager will play a very important role in helping keep the our office running smoothly. We need a dynamic high-energy person to make sure the “trains run on time” by keeping the day-to-day work of the office moving. This person will work closely with the Owners to support the administrative needs of the firm.

Responsibilities:
Basic Job Functions * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm including managing support staff, ensuring we meet important deadlines and that cases stay on track and on time, handling payroll and basic HR functions, holding team meetings, help training new employees, enforcing personnel policies and office procedures.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills and Experience * Experience in a law office is required.
case management skills ,comprehensive problem solving, negotiations with insurance company
notary public, closing out cases, opening claims, settlement disbursement procedures, medical lien negotiations, medical record retrievals, police reports and investigations must be familiar with all these areas of personal injury.
