In this role, you’ll be We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will engage with our customers, provide exceptional service, and ideally has some knowledge of purchasing or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotes, manage orders, expedite deliveries, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded
• Test tools and process regrinds, repairs, and returns
• Report shipment discrepancies and quality events to a manager or customer service
• Accurately fill orders from shelf inventory or daily receipts
• Pick, pack, and deliver material to customers
• Put material away in customer facility (crib, POU, vending machines)
• Count inventory, identify and record discrepancies in customer and warehouse facilities
• Work with the team to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Partner with suppliers to identify cost savings opportunities for customers and facilitate trials
• Document and report continuous improvement activities in CRM
• Ensure inventory stocking requirements are documented in the appropriate databases (SL, i3, or vending software) and follow the Add-Change-Delete process
• Ensure all metrics and Key Performance Indicators meet our customers’ expectations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A high school diploma and 1-3 years of customer service experience is preferred
• Able to complete assigned tasks working with little to no supervision
• Good written and oral communication skills and excellent organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP software
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to sit or walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license, capable of driving at least 4 hours consecutively, and able to obtain a CDL if necessary
• Comfortable and able to make deliveries and work in a manufacturing environment and locations that are not temperature controlled
• Comply with all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment, including always wearing the proper PPE, safely handling materials, tools, and chemicals, and reporting unsafe work conditions or equipment immediately
• Successfully pass the required pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
