As the IT Operations Engineer Lead you are part of an Operations team with the responsibility to steer and perform operations processes for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product, including modernization of the legacy CRM application, as well as support of our Middleware, Biztalk and MuleSoft applications.

In addition, you will be responsible for steering service providers and managing software providers, maintenance agreements, and license management accordingly.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience and/or certifications.

– 7+ Years of demonstrated success in Information Technology

– 1+ Years of experience participating in Agile projects

Technology Preferences (role specific):

– 5+ years network infrastructure/operations

– 3+ years of experience in multiple modern programming languages and legacy technologies, [IDPAU45][JW6]

– 3+ years of experience in Cloud based environments and cloud migration,

– 3+ years SQL Server

– 1+ years cloud environments management/IaaS Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
