IT Support / Help Desk Technician – Growing Company, Fast Paced Environment, Advancement Opportunity

The Position:

We are looking for a qualified IT Support / Help Desk Technician to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve technical issues associated with desktop/laptops, operating systems, applications, printers, network, and mobile devices.
• Manage service requests and support tickets within the ticketing software. Manage escalations as appropriate and maintain required documentation.
• Help Desk Ticketing and Reporting
• Work on deployment activities, upgrades, and improvements to processes.
• Manage computer hardware inventory and life cycle replacements.
• Assist with additional IT projects, when needed

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must take the initiative to work efficiently without constant supervision and direction.
• Team player – vital to maintaining a high-performing IT department.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
