Under general direction, is responsible for the 24×7 administration and support of technologies on various platforms, as well as have the ability to solve easy to medium complex issues. Contributor for procedures and KBA creation. Serve as advocate for Enterprise Customers. Contributor to small/medium-scale projects.

IT Service Management processes (Change, Configuration, Release, Request, Incident, Problem, Event)
Client/Server computing knowledge
Software: Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow, ADO, Automic, Octopus, Informatica, Mulesoft
Languages: some basic programming language knowledge, SQL, PowerShell
Others: Batch processing, Event Management, Reporting and data analysis
Environment/Physical Demands: This position requires incumbents to regularly sit at a desk and operate standard office equipment such as a computer and phone. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to talk and hear. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Ability to work night shift remotely (6:00 pm CT – 6:30 am CT), Sunday – Tuesday.
