• Use your technology acumen to apply and maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies within specialized area(s) of the technology domain.
• Evaluate and look at opportunities to automate away, manual repetitive activities & tasks.
• In complex and unstructured situations, serve as an expert resource to create and improve standards and best practices to ensure high-performance, scalable, repeatable, and secure deliverables.
• Provide suggestions for handling routine and moderately complex technical problems, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Gather information, data, and input from a wide variety of sources; identify additional resources when appropriate, engage with appropriate stakeholders, and conduct in-depth analysis of information.
• Stay current with Target’s technical capabilities, infrastructure, and technical environment.

Requirements:

• 4 years degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in working in Network Operation Center , working on Routing, switching or Wireless
• Experience in managing & working in Enterprise grade networks is must to have at L2 level.
• Experience working in Data Center switching, Wireless, or Load Balancing is desired.
• Exposure to network automation & using API’s in python & Ansible may be added advantage.
• Experience is with working with monitoring tools such as Thousand Eyes, Elastic Search, Splunk is good to have.
• Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
• Good verbal, written skills
• Works well under pressure and attention to detail with ability to self-organize to meet dead lines
• Ability to handle high pressure situations and come up with quick stop-gap arrangements for reducing business impact.
• Strong technical and problem-solving abilities are needed.

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team member score role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location.A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home oran alternate location that’s notaTarget location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

The salary range is $137,500-$247,500
