Coastal Care is looking for an experienced Staffing Coordinator to Join our team! We are a growing supplemental staffing company based in Nokomis that offers its employees stability, benefits, and a great working environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Scheduling CNAs & LPNs into Nursing Homes & Assisted Living.
• Inbound and Outbound calls regarding staffing and scheduling.
• Build great relationships with nurses in the community and Facility Partners.
• Data Entry

Requirements and Qualifications:

• One year as a Staffing Coordinator is optional butis strongly preferred.
• Excellent computer and Multi-tasking skills.
• Customer Service skills
• Outstanding telephone voice and a passion for helping people
• Loves to connect with people on the telephone
• Be a great listener, full of empathy for others!
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A sales background is a plus!

Schedule Available:

• 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday) Full-time
