POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Experience Expert role provides communication across multiple clients while championing process, workflow and best practices. The Customer Experience Expert is able to build and maintain relationships by providing positive post-sale experience to customers, show superior collaboration, organization and communication through a wide range of projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Create and maintain concrete relationship with homeowner
· Communicate with homeowner scheduling appointments, as well as communicating continuous status updates throughout the production process as needed
· Facilitates correspondence to confirm satisfactions by customers and encourage positive surveys
· Enter and manage job information in CRM program and other data trackers from sales handoff to job closeout
· Acquire permits
· Assist in development of production department checklists, workflows, and written procedures
· Maintain production filing system
· Facilitate communication between sales, production and finance
· Maintain production job information throughout purchasing process, including data tracking
· Purchase materials and complete product orders, including advising on special builds and coordinating shipping and receiving
· Accountable as a single point of contact for homeowner
· Develop high trust and actively listen with the homeowner to address needs and deliver positive outcomes
· Partner with Operations to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs or jobs in progress
· Track and monitor account status, partner with the homeowner to provide project development
· Complete post install reviews and customer satisfaction
· Conduct service assessment and warranty inquiries
· Demonstrate empathy and responsibility
· Backup for phones and provides showroom backup as needed
· Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty independently and satisfactorily. Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form and interface with all departments. Must maintain absolute confidentiality. Must be able to multi-task, be accurate, have good organizational skills and handle high levels of stress. WORKING CONDITIONS:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
