Our manufacturing partner in Aurora, IL is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

What will you be responsible for as the Accounts Payable Specialist?

• Receive invoices and match to purchase orders for all invoice types
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Code invoices into the system
• Prep, review, and confirm expenses on employee expense reports
• Prep and perform check runs
• Assist with month-end close process
• Maintain notes in vendor files
• Order office supplies, as needed

Who qualifies for the Accounts Payable Specialist role?

• Candidates with at least 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Candidates who have strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills
• Candidates who have worked with an ERP system
• Candidates who can multi-task

What hours will you work as the Accounts Payable Specialist?

• This is an in-office role in Aurora, Illinois
• Monday – Friday
• 8 AM – 4:30 PM

How much will you earn as the Accounts Payable Specialist?

• $25/hr.
• 40 hours per week, fulltime hours
