Sanofi Cyber Security is looking to strengthen its capabilities to support the digital fast-paced transformation in a heterogenous landscape with critical business priorities and new technological challenges. Ideally based in Bridgewater, you are part of the Global Cyber Security team within the Digital organization.
The Cyber Security Tools Expert is responsible for designing, deploying, operating and supporting through their lifecycles all cutting-edge Cyber Security tools for endpoints ensuring proper intrusion prevention and detection. You need to keep up with the fast-paced changes across technologies to architect agile solutions and services, sustain and improve security governance, plus ensure consistent and harmonized adoption of our security tools and processes globally.
This includes:
Work in a team of technical experts with a global and transversal scope in close partnership with all Digital teams and external parties.
Foresee both the contextual and technological changes to ensure the continuity of the cyber operational excellence along with optimal user experience.
Develop, lead and maintain Cyber Security framework & governance of security tools, set up and steer transverse committees to foster collaboration and alignment across Digital organization, vendors and support partners.
Measure performance via indicators, monitoring and reporting information security governance metrics to ensure that organizational objectives are achieved.
Deliver and maintain the technical documentation related to the engineering and architecture of the security solutions.
Leverage multiple security focus areas to ensure that protective measures are appropriate, effective in combination, and interact properly with other system capabilities.
Create, maintain and ensure adherence to security policies, procedures, technical baselines, guidelines and control standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Enhance the organizational security posture by acting as a subject matter expert on a broad array of security products.
Evaluate, master, implement, operate, monitor and continuously improve the performance and competitiveness of Cyber Security tools for end-point protection.
Collaborate with the Cyber Security Operations Center to fine tune our solutions and contribute to incident response and remediation efforts in case of adverse events while automating repeatable tasks.
Harmonize Cyber Security services across all sites in a dynamic environment of changes while ensuring that Cyber Security solutions are developed and implemented in an Agile manner.
Lead and mentor support partners with a critical opinion on service levels to improve and maintain security compliance of endpoints.
Properly manage documentation of existing configuration, procedures, guidelines and potential incident root cause.
Review and support the delivery of business and Digital projects that require Cyber Security services.
Maintain an updated roadmap to align key decisions and choices with the overall Digital and Play-to-Win strategy and the market evolutions. Execute the complete strategy in line with the Digital operating model and change management practices.
Manage the lifecycle and evolution of the security solutions and processes in compliance with regulations (SoX, GxP).
Develop, maintain, monitor security indicators and dashboards to manage security risks, track deviations and produce appropriate remediation and improvement plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred degree in computer science or IT related program
10 years of expertise on security solutions and operations such as Symantec Endpoint Protection, Symantec DCSSA, VMWare Carbon Black
Familiar with all aspects of IS/IT Security (governance, policies, processes, technologies & tools, incident management).
Experience in management of external partners.
Excellence driven and ability to address all security topics performing in a global, international, intercultural and transversal environment.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the capability to handle and own critical issues to resolution.
Ability to respect commitments, deliver concrete results, handle multiple priorities, increase value delivery by continuously improving security processes and solutions.
Demonstrate communication skills and effective listening.
Accurate, rigorous, and yet open mindset in approach with strong interpersonal skills to foster and maintain collaborations, promote the subject of Cyber Security at all levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Systems (Windows, Unix/Linux), Network (Firewalls, IPS), Infrastructure, Encryption.
Knowledge on Cloud and associated security services.
Experience with Antivirus, White/Blacklisting, Event Detection and Response products.
Strong understanding of internal Change Control Management processes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make trade-offs and decisions.
High level of autonomy, strength of proposal and rigor to deal with and bring matters to fruition.
Professional demeanor, team player who works well with internal teams, vendor, and cross-departmental partners.
