Duties: We are looking for an professional and dedicated client experience specialist to enhance our client experiences.
The role of a client experience (CX) specialist is to ensure that the marketer delivers a smooth, unfragmented and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints and at all stages of the buyer journey.
A client experience specialist is responsible for responding to client queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications. identifying customer needs and taking active steps to maintain positive experiences, documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as clients compliments and complaints, keeping informed of industry trends and new CRM technologies.
