Job Description
The College of Global Futures seeks a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our team as Assistant Manager of Undergraduate Student Engagement. Directly supports retention to the college’s programs by overseeing development and enhancement of the college’s undergraduate student community through various engagement initiatives. Additionally, this individual will assist with overall event and communications coordination in cooperation with other staff members affiliated with the College of Global Futures. The successful candidate will directly supervise a professional Engagement Coordinator and a student employed to support engagement initiatives. The student engagement team works under the direction of the Assistant Manager of Undergraduate Academic Services as part of the larger Undergraduate Student Services team. The college’s home campus is the Tempe campus but programs are available and students attend at the Tempe, Polytechnic, Downtown Phoenix, and Online campuses.

Essential Duties
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment and four (4) years of related experience, including two (2) years of supervisory experience; OR, Eight (8) years of related experience, including two (2) years of supervisory experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
