Here’s Where You Come In
We are currently seeking an Information Technology Technicianto join ourteam.You’ll primarily be responsible for providing an intersect between our end users and HUB IT Shared Services.
Other responsibilities of the IT Technicianrole include:
Provide daily IT support and troubleshooting in concert with the HUB IT shared service team, Operations team, and Applications teams
Setup new user workstations and peripherals as needed prior to their start date
Setup new users on existing workstations
Provide support to visiting staff for hardware
Respond to the needs of network users regarding access to resources such as CSR24, HUBToday, Vendor sites etc.
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve end-user issues with hardware
Log tickets as needed to correct hardware and application issues
Provide assistance to all locations in logging ticket procedures. Assist Managers in conducting workflow audits of management systems as needed
Provide daily local support and troubleshooting of enterprise systems as they impact end users
Learn and understand the network platform to provide support as needed
Maintain knowledge of new technologies, changes in system usage and application requirements
Learn and understand phone hardware and software setup of local VOIP system
Request and deploy new IT equipment as needed within HUB’s required parameters
Understand and provide assistance for the use of exiting multifunction copying, scanning and printing equipment
Participate in the evaluation , testing and installation of new and existing applications
Provide backup support for Helpdesk
Escalate tickets as needed to HUBint and follow up with the service providers
Work closely with local department managers to improve how IT supports and enhances the business
Maintain all attributes of computers, monitors, printing devices, phones, cellular, tablets, network infrastructure and switch hardware
Support M&A integrations
You’re Great At
Ideally, you’ll be well versed in sales, marketing training and development, with excellent verbal and written communications. You should also have at least 5+ years of office IT management experience and strong organization, project management, oral and written communication skills. You will have excellent phone skills and be able to handle a range of concurrent activities.
