This is a hybrid role that will require you to go into the downtown Portland office 2-3 days a week. This role is contingent and will last approximately 9 months. |
Job Summary
This position is responsible for learning to align business objectives with management and employees in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The position maintains a level of literacy about the business unit’s needs, goals, competition, and culture with guidance from HR leadership.
