SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:The Instructor for Data Analytics’ responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing instruction for students enrolled in Data Analytics courses (along with other related courses and topics) in the Business Technologies department, including dual credit high school students. This individual is also responsible for maintaining office hours; and teaching extended day classes, and hybrid/online courses, as required, both on campus and at alternate locations. This individual helps coordinate and attend advisory committee meetings; attends workshops, seminars, and conferences to upgrade teaching skills; assists in the development of curriculum, as needed; and maintain program computer labs. All LIT faculty are responsible for recruitment and retention as a part of achieving the Institute’s Shared Vision of Growth and Excellence.
