Job Summary

Summary: Performs a variety of clerical duties, as well as specific Event Day duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Event Day

• Serve as lead supervisor

• Run checkout

• Receive keys/radios

• Separate SA paperwork

• Assist SA with POS questions/difficulties

• Support with gratuity spreadsheet

• Invoice tracking (for declined payments)

• Assign SA to orders in Xenial

  • Non-Event Day

• · EOM Inventory

• · Occasional GRC Training (mainly for the busy months)

• · Other duties as assigned
