CSL Behring Looking for Employee Relations (ER) Continuous Improvement Lead Full Time

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Employee Relations, as the Employee Relations Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for delivering continuous people, process, and technology optimization within the Global Employee Relations function.
You will manage development and establishing the case management and reporting tool, improve processes, while reinforcing and revising existing frameworks & models.
The role provides support to Senior Director, Global Employee Relations Lead, Regional Leads working with the ER team members, and the broader HR function.
You will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement and collaboration based on agreed principles to ensure consistent continuous improvement approach globally.
This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule.
The Role:
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement within the Employee Relations group and addressing these through the development of initiatives across people, process, and technology.
You will prioritize continuous improvement opportunities.
You will facilitate delivery of operational excellence initiatives – including partnering with regional leads and other business areas to deliver improvement opportunities.
You will assist in reviewing, updating, and socializing global frameworks and governance structures.
You will develop, implementing, and continuously improving globally consistent investigation standards and protocols.
You will assist in the development and maintenance of a case management reporting and tracking mechanism of employment-related escalations, as well as reporting for various stakeholder, senior management, and Board (as required by the CHRO) including trend data and thematic analyses that can drive policies, procedures, and cultural enhancements within CSL.
You will drive a range of initiatives, quality audits and end-to-end process enhancements for Employee Relations and our compliance partners.
You will support the development and enhancement of frameworks & models through standardization, consistency, and removal of unnecessary complexity on end-to-end processes.
You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of Employee Relations teams globally, through analysis of improvement opportunities, design, and management of implementation.
You will implement a feedback mechanism and quarterly reporting for Global Employee Relations to monitor quality and provide continuous feedback for the ER staff members.
Your Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in human resource management, organizational psychology, management information systems, business, or related field required.
Master’s degree preferred Project Management or Quality certification preferred Minimum of 7
years’ experience as an Analyst, HR Compliance, Project Lead, HRBP or Employee Relations Manager with operations experience (or equivalent relevant experience working in a dynamic global organization) Demonstrated experience in HR leadership roles Experience in conducting and management of investigations Demonstrated excellence in the design and delivery of HR policies Strong operational, controls, risk management, and execution mindset Experience with business process management software, i.
