Job Summary
To provide leadership to the FS Administration Department. To produce and facilitate accurate financial data to be incorporated in reports as they relate to time management, budgets, work order costing, and projects. Responsible for all department accounts, including General Revenue, Foundation, Agency and Service accounts. Assists with gathering, analyzing and reporting on business data and KPIs throughout the department, using many different systems and methods. Serves on the Facilities WebTMA Team. Demonstrate organizational values by participation in qualify initiatives.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate
$50,000-$65,000/year based on qualifications
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management or a closely related field.
2. Four (4) years of professional level fiscal management and oversight experience in/with all of the following:
A. Professional level budget management experience.
B. Generating, managing, and analyzing various fiscal reports, statements, etc.
C. Microsoft Excel at an advanced level including proficiency with charting/graphing, formulas, and pivot tables.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Two (2) years of experience with TMA/WebTMA or similar computerized maintenance management systems
2. Two (2) years of experience with Colleague or similar financial system
Work Hours
Core work hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Functional Expectations
Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:

2. Effectively communicate on a daily basis.
3. Move about in various locations across campus as needed to complete day-to-day work.

The Civil Service examination for this classification is based on your application materials and responses to the supplemental questions. No participation other than submission of applicant materials is required from applicants that qualify to take the exam. If you meet the minimum required qualifications for this position, you will receive a score calculated based on your education and experience, and your name will be placed on the active employment register by exam score. After the application deadline, the names within the top three scores will be referred to the department for interview.
